As someone who primarily funds loans from CMBS, agency, and insurance companies I think this info is on point.Despite turbulent capital markets, roiling from weakness in China and a downward spiral in oil and stock prices, borrowers at the onset of 2016 have an abundant array of attractive financing options available for acquiring or refinancing multifamily properties.
