In the event they do require the loan to be paid off entirely, they issue a demand letter that gives you 30 days befor ethey begin a foreclosure.

Funny turn of events, the "pros" are invested there.

Probably low traffic for most churches...maybe Wed night and Sunday morning.

Generally, I hear better things about the more northern areas of the greater Phoenix metro area, and there seems to be more new development the more north of Phoenix you go such as in New River or near Carefree Hwy, but am not an expert - I mainly drive it for events, going to the airport, to visit others, family in college, etc. 

Those cap ex events may not occur in year 1,2, or 3 but they will occur and when they hit, how will they be handled? 

We both have seperate work events in the same city that are on the same day.
