If we are checking property tax records, should we not buy a home where different LLCs (investors) have owned it and sold it every 2 to 3 years?

We are not flipping the house are are just trying to acquire it. 

We are local, so we try to accommodate requests to see our units, but realistically, with vacancy so low, it's hard to do showings.
