I've built one for a theatre before, if you're handy I got most of plans from this site.

Homes that are "modular" are partly constructed in a factory and then assembled on the building site, otherwise they are just like any stick-built home with the same code requirements.A lot of people have made millions with manufactured homes.

I do know lot of people contacted me, because of my original post on Scott Carson's basecamp site. 

I suspect you get a lower deduction than if you have someone on site but to me it was close enough.

This is a huge site and I have absolutely no idea where to start.

I prefer to contact other investors or look at comparable properties for rent on Facebook Marketplace or similar sites.
