This can mean a bank loan, mortgage, credit card, hard money lender, private investor, HELOC, etc.oic oic so let me as another question lets say i find a fixer upper for 60,000 and the ARV is 100000 and the repair cost is 20000, will the bank lend me money to buy and rehab ?

craigslistbandit signs nearby that lead to houselist it in the mls yourself or for sale by owner.combannersone idea I had that I have not personally used is the person I own a house with currently is also a manager at a very well known wine store, and to have them "sponsor" a wine /beer tasting and have it at the house on an open house day in order to get more bodies through the door. maybe you could take that idea and team up with someone you know who owns a restaurant etc.

I give more weight to solds than listings, but if there are multiple listings of comparable properties in the same area, then they define an upper bound on the value.Based on that data, I'd say $70K for the first deal is not a good deal at all

My ad explains that I am looking for people behind on payments, facing foreclosure, fixer uppers they can't afford to maintain, etc...However these sellers did not seem real motivated at all.

Do NOT buy Kohler fixtures, but do get decent, brass bodied faucets from a prominent mfg.
