Very large deals might have smaller margins as the work does not go up in a linear fashion with the price.The Internet has reduced the commissions a bit in that there are more discount brokers.Get too tight and the buyer agents will not show your place.

So I provide the hook-ups, they provide the machines.The exception is one house where it is terribly tight to get machines in and out, and I provide them in that house.

My initial investments when i was 16 were sold off when i was 20, this is of course short term/risky investment strategy, but those profits helped me get by when I first bought my house. we rented it out within 3 months of buying. money was tight at first.... until that rental income started flowing... so the sell of those stocks helped cusion the blow a little, and then helped upgrade a lot of the house after renter moved out (and we moved back in).basicaly traded a $1500 investment when i was 16 for about $40-50k in equity now at 22.

Companies like Countrywide and Ameriquest have already been snagged for screwing the customer ... using existing regulations.I also think that the banks are not too concerned about foreclosures because the market is tight.
