We have one major employer in town and a small manufacturing plant (employs probably 50) (not counting the local hospital and the school system).

Stuff like "tenants are not allowed to have potted plants sitting on hardwood floors" - clearly there was an issue one time with water damaged floors, but next time they get damaged because their dog keeps spilling his water..We use a set of lease documents (the lease, rules&regulations, lead based paint disclosure, smoke detector and CO2 detector notice, pet agreement) we buy from a specialized provider. 

How extensive is the plant? 

Could do a full sun low maintenance plant that can take getting watered only once per week.

Landscaping is getting cleaned up with trimming trees, adding planting beds.

As the others have said, F&F’s are for the quicker pay day, whereas B&H is long term — think ‘planting seeds.’With the B&H strategy, once you get it cash flowing, you’ll have a steady stream of income on a hopefully appreciating asset.

@Parker Eberhard they have already have one of the largest cracker plants in my area.

An old Chinese proverb, the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the second best time is today.

It is basically a natural plant growing, so don't think it would have any negative effect on the condition of a home.

Our church plant needs a larger worship facility. :-) 🙏🏽💒
