If you do everything in your personal name then it will suffice; however, if they do work for separate entities than it is a separate issue.

That said, it would NOT help my particular situation since the "squatter" does have a legal claim ongoing and presentation of that to law enforcement would suffice for his end.

Suffice it to say, I think that we are about to experience a transition that frees up a ton of human physical and mental energy to do tasks that are less repetitive, dull, and dangerous to do things that require more creativity and thinking.

I am looking at 2 bd/2ba condo's, so being a condo it won't be crazy expensive but also knowing I could get tenants that could be on longer term 6-9 month leases with my MTR strategy, I'm wondering will landlord insurance suffice or with STR insurance be needed.
