CPM is a completely different type of PM, like LTR PM is different from STR PM.

I guess the next step would be to find lenders in my area that offer these types of loans.

Hey Natasha, I was looking for the same type of properties in the area just a few months ago.

Never assume these types of lenders will behave like institutional lenders just because they use the same phrases.

Guest mode is pretty cool once you get it setup.Super easy for Roku TV's and I won't have any other type of TV in the rentals. 

There are plenty of short term rehab loans available that will help with the initial purchase, give you rehab money, and don't have any type of prepayment penalties.
