I’m not ready to rent it out yet, but was told I needed to get a rental license before getting a building permit.... which seems strange in itself but whatever.

We are trying to see how the market works out with the Pandemic, but strangely everything up here is selling like hot cakes because many people from the Bay are moving after they realize they can work from home but live in a more pretty place.What do you think?

Sale shall be for not less than 2/3 of the difference between the value of the real estate, as appraised, and the amount remaining on the mortgage of the Defendant, Bank.This is strange language and very round numbers.
