Like any skill, whether it is in sports, engineering, the arts, etc..., you need to learn the basics.You can learn a lot of the basics here, but one of the most important elements of any "basics", it to understand not just what they are...but what they mean.We live in a society of instant gratification.

In general, Texas is a litigious state and landowners make a bit of sport about suing the deeper pockets of operating and pipeline companies, so those companies will often express some flexibility in dealing with you to create good relations.  

A mega town center is being built there as well as an Orlando sports district.

There’s always a college rental market in Tempe, Scottsdale has a more upscale rental market for the events going on year round, lots of sports and music venues downtown, etc.
