5) Are there any gov't assistance programs encouraging investors to supply Section 8 housing?

I'm wondering if there's something I'm missing, or if other people have word of encouragement for me.Thank you all for being such a great community. 

Obviously if something were to happen we could be held liable in our litigious society.

Anyhow, I’ve always enjoyed being independent and would encourage the same.

@Lamont Marable Be careful encouraging others to use "Morris Invest" if you do a search here on BP you'll see hundreds of posts of investors who have been scammed and lost thousands of dollars using them.I would avoid them at all cost and always do additional research when getting recommendations or seeing a t.v host face on YouTube selling 40k homes.

As an AZ Property Manager, I see many clients develop wealth via real estate and encourage you to explore this option.Always happy to answer questions regarding the process, the property, the rental etc.PS: Make sure the tenants are screened really well!!

In an attempt to encourage and support other first time investors out there I have outlined a few of my team members that are currently under contract or recently purchased their first investment property within the last year. 

Not only are the podcasts informative, but the community is so supportive and encouraging.
