Nothing a 300 a year umbrella insurance policy would not cover the average person instead of setting up these expensive and elaborate schemes.I do agree that the people that make the most money providing the direct mail are the direct mail companies... just like those that got rich in the Gold rush it was those that provided the pans shovels and entertainment.

I managed a large complex and we had tenants that did turn cleaning and snow shoveling, the company did a rent concession off the rent for labor put in, tenant kept track of hours they worked and the rent concession was deducted on the next month's rent.

Permit and DIF fees were close to 21K and elementary school district was a little over 1200 with middle and high school district being about 1500 so close to 23,500 all together before putting a shovel in the ground!
