That's what I did when I sold a house on a note and the title company attorneys wrote in a one line sentence that borrower pays the $15 month servicing fee.

I can't tell you all the goofy scheme's I would hear in my prime HML days LOL.. and a lot of the lenders that were doing these bad things are now just getting sentenced to the big house.. the one's who faked applications etc.. and or were in Kahouts with buyers and such.this is serious stuff and the FEDS will bust you on it.. you don't have to be a high flyer.
