Hey Everyone - Although I'm satisfied with my current CPA, I'm exploring whether there might be options with deeper real estate expertise.

Step 2 is developing a real subject matter expertise to get outsized returns in real estate. 

Most CPA's do not have the expertise in engineering to run a cost segregation study.

What is great about finding people to help you build your business is that the more you reward them the more they will likely contribute.

Completing your profile with clear details about your interests and expertise is a solid start.

@Chad Herringunless:(a) you have both substantially more capital than the amount you are looking to lend, and (b) you have expertise in real estatei would strongly recommend not doing thisprivate lending is an advanced strategy, not a beginning oneand what flipper needs just 25k??

And yes, it's been both rewarding and challenging to live in a home with a rotating cast of renters.
