Just like these folks post on BP hey I don't know anything about NPN I would like to partner with someone.. they are relying on that someone to run the show.. let me tell you I had a 4 hour grilling over this with a state financial investigator who was one sharp attorney.. and with my attorney we argued back and forth up and down.. but it does not matter.. the remedy is to take it to law court for 100k and see who is right the regulator or my attorney..

If you are targeting properties on the MLS being licensed could be a big benefit as you could see the properties quicker and write your own offers without having to rely on another agent.There are costs to keep in mind but one decent deal should pay for several years of costs at least here in California .

Those I know in this deal are elderly, unsophisticated with trust deed investing, and relied upon Capella’s supposed due diligence.

I had to take all the necessary steps to get the property and find property management and rely on them screening and placing tenants, etc.
