Travelers gives me that w/o reinforcements to the foundation.

Was hoping someone did touch on that point of mine and either reinforced it or debunked it.

I also heard from a tradesperson that, back then, it was not reinforced by rebar when they poured the concrete for the driveway, so it’s past it’s life.  

They use ICF (steel reinforced block) with excellent insulation properties.

Also common to reinforce the deck underneath, but a good hot tub place should help with all of that
