Hi Victor, there are products such as DSCR loans as well as Bank Statement & 1099 programs that would fit your situation perfectly!

My PM is charging exorbitant fees for cleaning, products for the unit and bookings have moved to other properties.

That doesn't take into account the final quality of the finished product.

If you pair it with a good lender who can communicate the full menu of financing products and strategies, and make good recommendations, you will be in business.

This only means, learn a lot more and make a lot more connections before even thinking about it or you will get caught in a non-productive funnel that doesn't work.You should be looking OOS for a place you have a competitive advantage.
