Needs a place to park cash!

Try to see a ball park of what is possible. 

My partner and I are looking to invest in a RV park.

For $20k I could add a little parking pad to the right and add a retaining wall to that side of the yard as well.

The same developers are the owners of Margaritaville, and they have the same property management requirements there.Reunion - Great location, beautiful homes, 3 championship golf courses, multi-million dollar water park and award winning tennis center - Appears great, but it's hard to make a profit. 

Here in South FL, garages are very rarely used to park vehicles.
