It's painful to have to verify if a comp is really legit and wasn't some owner financed sale or weird family to family transaction.

Some places have surfaces or other things that are just a pain to deal with.

I was one of the first 100 customers (at least that is what they keep telling me).I haven't had many bad experiences with them outside of the usual growing pains in the beginning.I highly recommend it, and yes, I like the referral program they have.

I've run into a few agents recently that have been a pain to work with (i.e., not fast enough, incorrect info, etc).

Gathering and verifying all the needed documentation, coordinating additions to insurance, changeovers of utilities or service contracts,etc. and even getting all of the owner's basic info is sometimes a real pain!

Closing can be a real pain.

Dealing with banks on REOs is painful.

It is a number on a computer screen and not much more.It might be worth your time but it certainly will be a rather painful experience most of the time.
