This is where it gets fun, Whirlpool announced that it would be selling its appliance financing division to TransAmerica and somehow it was rolled into a company called Household Financing Corporation (HFC).

One of them was a vacant Kmart property that I presented to a client 1.5 years ago to convert to indoor boat storage (near big vacation lake)... they didn't pursue... last week it was announced U-haul had purchased the property to convert to indoor storage. 

Make an official written offer get it under legal contract that states if you give your friend the 10,000 he must sell the propperty for the agreed price and then just do a coventional loan.

Depending on jurisdiction this can be informal process, or an official round table session of sorts.

A cloud can indicate the misspelling of a property's address in a deed conveying title or it can mean the repayment but failure to officially document a mortgage lien.

If you have your license, let them know that you will be using all official broker forms.

I don't know why I particularly felt the need to respond to this post because many many people make posts like this....and i never understand them.What is the point of announcing yourself to the world as a complete newbie?
