Navigating menus & doing 'quick replies' with name tags is a breeze.

Also the "Start Here" page is helpful for learning to navigate around BiggerPockets.

If you haven't, pick up a few books at the library to at least build a good foundation, then you can navigate the swirling ocean of information here at BP a whole lot better!

Admittedly this is one problem that will continue to haunt them for several more years to come but they will do their best to navigate the market and control it when possible to minimize their loss.
