In his business dealing this person has had a couple of class actions against him.

I have a couple buddies in San Francisco who I've been talking to about potentially co-buying a place in Tahoe and I am wondering if anyone has advice on how best to make a meaningful case for sharing in the costs/ownership/use/profit/tax adv/etc.Curious if anyone has firsthand experience?

If it's really busy, consider a couple different open houses so visitors have the flexibility to attend either one or return for a second look.

I wouldn't worry too much yet but if after a couple more days of no activity, I would bring the price down a bit to be closer to the top end of the market and see if there are recent comparables that have been rented (especially if you have access to the MLS)

You'll need some practice, and to slide the scrap piece around tapping as needed, you'll also need to replace the scrap piece most likely after a couple hours of uses.- Most annoying - there could be a slightly crooked or twisted piece from manufacturing that you didn't notice and then installed and threw off the whole floor.
