These are people who are or have been in Syndications not identifying critical simple issues.  

You can also check meetup.com or search Facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area. 

I've used propstream, but I would like to find something that is just a pay per list, not monthly fee.Second, are there any tools that allow you to search for individuals that have owned multiple properties over a given period of time? 

I would have to search my 220+ lenders to see if any do a ".75 Ratio" or "No Ratio" loan with only 15% down.

As it's me to me, I wouldn't need title search and title insurance and such.
