I believe that real estate is the best way for your average person to achieve the goals I am aiming for.I bought an investment property in 1988 and had a horrible experience with tenants not paying rent.While I am now interested in getting back into R.E. investing, I never, ever will do anything that involves tenants!

Obviously they can't all be accurate.In my opinion, there are a handful of sites that are doing good due diligence, there appear to be a larger number that are doing average to below average due diligence, and a small number of sites that are doing absolutely horrible due diligence.2) if every site made their performance publicly available, then I wouldn't have a problem with number one.

I'd suggest this on an individual investor basis to a local or another individual investor is a horrible business plan and probably nothing but a scam.
