I'd suggest this on an individual investor basis to a local or another individual investor is a horrible business plan and probably nothing but a scam.

I am not an expert on this area but it is not horribly complicated I will mention an expert to see if he replies @Steven Hamilton II is truly an expert in this area.

@Daniel Verboski Yes, I saw this site, but their UI is horrible.

My first ones were horrible,  thanks to all of you I have gotten better.   

Friends who had seen my scarred chest CHOSE to believe the lies, including one person who had helped me drain and measure my tubes.And when people start beliving such a horrible lie about a person, other lies pile up.Suicide is the leading cause of death among most "high functioning" Autistic age groups [maybe all] but I had NEVER felt suicidal in my entire life, not until then.

@Jake Kozul - I will add another vote for any warranty like this being a horrible waste of money.  

Unfortunately, I got involved in a horrible hair care franchise and ended up losing over $500K.

He was working FOR the government and he had a horrible time getting any of his projects built because he refused to pay bribes.

It doesn't mean they are horrible investments especially if you turn them into STR since they can bring a lot of profit.

That is a horrible place to be.
