So we are considering refi-ing in our business LLC.

You may need to speak to a lender (bank type) and then your attorney, many RE attorneys may not be familiar with D-F and financed contracts.

Unlike the MBS which failed based on the fact that many shi(f)ty loans were mixed in, the preponderance of what they seem to be investing in are ones that seem like solid investments.
