If a TK provider or even a broker/property manager is only pitching you on the good about a marketplace and not explaining the risks associated with the marketplace, that would be a major red flag. 

I explain the problem as this analogy:The fed, President and congress blew up a twenty foot inflationary Ballon.

If I have to even explain this to you, you are wasting my time and this is not the deal for you."
