Is it crazy to think I can better my cashflow situation if I reallocate the equity to a new deal?

For example, I saw a good deal that needed work.

Its hard to find deals unless you are connected, advertise a lot, cold call a lot, knock a lot, and/or work very hard at it. 

With your background in lease management and site selection, that could be a natural next step.Regarding STRs, I can understand the hesitation—accurate expense tracking is critical, and not having that data can make evaluating deals frustrating.

2️⃣ Any lessons learned or things you wish you had known before your first short sale deal?

So when you hire that able handyman and give him keys to all of the apartments and the security codes without learning that he is 90 days out of prison for breaking and entering and committing assault and kidnapping your umbrella coverage may not help.And, these days, a million dollars of coverage will deal with the contents of a small truck that you sideswipe and it bounces around a little with the electronics inside.

How would you suggest going about finding a deal and managing it out of state.
