I don't think this threat would go any where.

If your PM is licensed, then you may be able to use threat of a lawsuit to get a settlement from them.

@Kaiden Foster unfortunately it seems as if this tenant is imposing a threat to the other house occupants.

If that doesn't work, get an attorney to send a letter stating the same with some vague threat of suit.

@Bill Gulley  I used to use the 1099C as a threat to keep my borrowers from defaulting  LOL.but good points.. and boy are they shocked when they get one... it really does boil down to the asset and any perceived equity..

We're just tired of the 9 to 5 as well as tired of the looming threat of unemployment or government disability programs.

Maybe the broker makes empty threats or is too aggressive and instead of just potentially losing your emd you get sued by the seller for additional damages or sued to perform the contract.
