The emotional value she has knowing that we own a rental property free and clear (cash flowing $1000/month) with no debt owed to anyone (aside from county taxes) trumps leveraging that asset to acquire additional properties.Thankfully, the cashflow from that asset and our other properties will enable us to save the 20% down payment on another SFH by the end of the year when the local market cools down a bit.

I was first drawn by the "odd" bldg construction when it started, and realized what it must be, looks about 80% completed now.they are pretty cool big business lunch draw.. food is decent at least the one in Portlandia I have been to and the one in KC and Scottsdale been to the one in Vegas as well.. its very well thought out.. and HUGE money play
