What’s the biggest hurdle you’ve faced when starting a new construction project?

So many successful investors come from the construction/carpentry/plumbing/electrical industry because it was there advantage.

We are working on a new construction co-living project in Atlanta metro in a high demographic area. 

We are also in a period of stabilizing the properties so we also have significant CapEx, most of the construction being handling by the property manager's in-house crew.  

I was kind of stuck with Construction loans in Charleston the little bank I was using had me on a tight leash..

Otherwise, yes the fabric and construction of this as a floor covering is decent.  

If he is interested in working with his hands I would recommend construction Management.
