If things work out with this 2nd company, and I have one operating rental in place of two empty lots in North Port, I'll be happy(ish). ya I built 3 up in the Ocala area took way longer but they got done and we did make a very small profit on them but I count that as being very fortunate.

Im curious to see if anyone here has had experiences with wholesale companies and if you had a good experience? 

My insurance company said they wouldn’t cover the policy with the fuse.

I'm about to start a team of callers on these lists, but I don't want to waste their time or my time with these dead leads.I'm thinking of charging back the expense with my credit card company because I'm pretty disappointed.Does anyone have any solutions they'd recommend for getting accurate property owner phone numbers?

Ask 3 or 4 companies that work with the size and type of deals you're analyzing and you'll likely pick up some themes. 

Each firm has a sister company, Doss Docs and Lightning Docs, respectively. 

I can't leave numbers here but look up their company and they were very easy to talk to with all my questions.

I need credibility, either through working for a couple of years for a company or buying my own property, starting small, and scaling with time.Now, my plan is to graduate next year (Im a junior), and get a job in a firm as an analyst in order to build that experience and mainly cover my living expenses, while on the side buy my first small property and go from there.However, and this is where I start overthinking,  I still have 1 year left in school and I want to use it to my advantage as I don't have any expenses or responsibilities other than school yet, and I want to do my first deal.

I do NOT rent to any real estate agents, brokerages, or property management companies as they would be a competing business and it wouldn't benefit either of our businesses to share a building.

And eventually or even now, go to Real Estate Events all around Chicago, most of them are free and you can find the events on Meetup.com or Eventbrite.com (my company also hosts a lot of events every month that are free @A&N Mortgage which you can find on Meetup.com).Good Luck!
