I guess my short term goals would be to buy the last couple pieces of furniture for my bedroom and move my old ones to the spare bedroom for a future roommate so it would be furnished (end of the month), find and sign that roommate to reduce my monthly mortgage payment (end of September/early October), and hopefully purchase my first property (1-4 units) by the end of Q1 2021.
