Especially a meet up on private lending, ADU additions are discussed regularly (new attendees looking for money for their ADU additions without being aware that no one there will lend on ADU additions).  

You’ve proven that you’re  not just a great set of pecs, but you have a lot to offer to the real estate community.

BUT, please be aware of the followingMissing interest payments on a promissory note is not necessarily the result of a fraud, most often it is simply the results of a poorly performing business.
