Other group homes for abused, veterans, and mental challenged usually have less opposition. 

Is most areas, this will determine who (Marshalls Office or Sheriffs Office) will handle the situation when it comes to the eviction.Some squatters know their rights and how to finesse the legal system so be ready for that.

When you are on the commercial side of the bank, and borrowing on the bank's balance sheet, they have a lot more flexibility to how they handle loans.  

They just seem to have the people and resources to best handle big issues like that. 

Many challenges can be avoided if you work with someone that can give you professional guidance in the market you choose.
