After reducing the price further do you really think any of them will still be interested in your low offer which is now even lower.Worse case scenario of not looking at the house and without knowing of any repairs; you usually need carpet, paint, maybe tile, updated fixtures, maybe crown molding, maybe alot of things actually.

So, after spending numerous hours tearing out carpet, 5 layer-tile in the kitchen, fixed the cabinets, replacing a ceiling, and half a bed-room, doing custom stuco, and painting, omoung many other "rigging" techniques, I thought UMMMMM, I like this..

Probably can't be measured in pure $$ but will make living there more enjoyable.Adding a bath is IMO (and statistically proven) a moneymaker, particularly if you can do most/all work yourself, partiuclarly the "finish" like tiling, because it's very labor intensive.IIRC single bath houses have been considered "technologically" obsolete since the early '80 by the Amer.

They didn't skimp on these converstions, every unit is highly upgraded with granite, tile, berber, crown molding, stainless, etc.

I love doing trim carpentry, hardwoods and tile not to mention faux painting.I work with Canady Builders and my builder would like to have a 50/50 partner for affordable new homes in the Wilmington, NC areas.Personally, I would like to work with someone doing rehabs of condos in Myrtle Beach, SC, Wilmington, NC, and all of the surrounding areas.
