I have a friend who is near and dear to me who is displaying similar behaviors as your friend.

However, I HEAR the market is more forgiving as you move further out to the bordering rural/suburban areas (Montgomery County, Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, etc.)

From a southern border of the state to the northern border!  

If still considering stained concrete you can do a border in a complementary(darker) color to hide the nasty bit from the tack strip repair.

@Mark McGarvey I knew the area had been rough in the past, but was/am hoping to find the the positive growth of South Broad Ripple is moving south to the northern border of the fairgrounds.

From your screenshot it appears there may have been a bug in the system that prevented the full charge amount from displaying.

Do you feel like any of the surrounding (border/adjacent) areas there make for an interesting search area? 

For physical gold in hand (as opposed to a gold ETF or gold locked away in someone else's bullion vault) if things really don't go your way (wartime scenario) and you need to get out of the country or travel across borders it is a much easier way to carry a lot of cash.
