Property appears to have been vacant for at least a minimum of one year.

Two years ago the National Association of Realtors appears to have passed a resolution requiring all MLS's to feed data to AVM providers but Utah objected.  

In the beginning all exit strategies were available but now weighing them out it appears as though any of these would have a larger loss than the one I'm about to absorb. 

I would make the Units look as good as possible because the appearance will make a difference. 

You've already found a lender that'll do it, that it appears you've worked with before, and that presumably so far hasn't botched one at the last minute. 

Having said that thier communication appears to be very spotty.
