Here is the idea, rather than renting out the room across the hall to anyone, you could just hire a single friend who is unemployed right now due to the economy to stay in the room for free for the next month or two and their only job would be to annoy and bother this tenant to the full extent possible.

Upon refinancing one property, I had to quit claim from my LLC back to my name, refi, then quit claim back into the LLC which is a bit annoying.

The only harm would be I'd lose clients of like mind who'd likely have similar problems/attitude.But on a personal level it'd annoy me and I'd want to post the facts/my side of the story.

It's annoying having to pay the IRS so much in taxes as a 1099 contractor.
