But even with Bars on the Windows, thieves always would find  a way in, like in the old fashion Milk shutes.....They would slip a little kid in the milk shuts and they would unlock the doors, so we had to seal shute the milk shuts.  

It’s maximizing density, opportunities, and unlocking highest and best use.

And your REP status is the golden key that unlocks that depreciation right now.

So either (a) they've gone unlocked and our STR is in a good area where people are not looking to break in or (b) our guests have been good about locking them back.

If/when I acquire that number, I would probably switch to the master key system wherein one key that I have will unlock everything but tenants will have separate keys. 

What I am trying to understand though is I read he was in front of the screen in the movie theater with a gas mask on.He threw chemical canisters and people thought this was a stunt for the new movie and that it was fog.The theaters we have here have no way to unlock a door from the outside.You have to push open from the inside to get in next to the screens.So how did this guy get in from what they say a gas mask,chemical canisters,a shot gun,and assault rifle,and two regular size hand guns?????

I can also manually lock/unlock the door and arm/disarm the security system remotely.I use Ubiquiti Access Points for my wireless directly connected to the cable modem.

They should unlock only, and should not turn on (this is especially true for the water and gas).

I left my doors unlocked about 90% of the time and felt safe always.
