(5) Riverdale Same as Jonesboro, was expecting it to be more rough, but wasn't bad.Stopped at a liquor store which we think was on the edge of Riverdale and more rough than the neighborhoods felt. 

I am talking about store fronts with bullet holes in the front windows.

It’s very straightforward, as the space is an 800 square foot store front with a bathroom and the tenants are not building anything out.

Most towns don't allow you to open a business or store front anywhere you want - it has to be in areas they (the town) have deemed suitable for commerce, whether you're a Salvation Army or Walmart.
