I am wanting to know as Real Estate wholesaler is it a necessity to have a website since you are the "middle man" or should you make a website showing off the property you have available and or trying to sell to cash buyers?

You eliminate the necessity of collection payments and the hassles that entails.Also consider, how long are you going to sit on this house waiting for an extra $100/month?

Utility companies should not be able to come after landlords for tenant debt.Housing assistance should be temporary.Permitting should be made simple enough that people aren't forced to skip it out of necessity.
