Better yet, you creating a culture of "f$ck It" if the landlord won't fix it, I don't care about anything else in the house... 

I guess I am not up to speed on the whole bike gang culture. 

Economic downturns should be buying opportunities which help build wealth, but for those who are in debt they are times when their dreams and wealth are destroyed.Our debt-centered culture has even caused us to corrupt our language.

In the Deaf cultural community, people prefer to use the term Deaf and not hearing impaired.

Where we cater to international students, we encounter instances where individual are uncomfortable or unable to share accommodations with the opposite sex for cultural or religious reasons.

Is this a renting culture that Americans also adopt?

It's just the way it is, and there's no point in me getting mad about it because the culture doesn't match my own. 

It will be Edinburg, i’m part Scottish and have visited before and I love the culture and country.
