I'm not one of his students but I was inspired to take action because of a podcast series that he was in.

That being said, these forums ought to be only a beginning of your real estate education as there's no substitute for books, real estate clubs (for inspiration), topic-specific training (later) and experience.If you posess the curse of the 'engineering gene' beware of any tendency to want to over-analyze.

After reading these posts I'm inspired to grap a copy of all his published work.

At this point he is already heavily involved with investors so that podcast was more of inspiration than it was actionable insights for where I'm at in my process. 

My hearing on Thursday inspired the judge to comment that he was impressed that I took a risk and will benefit.
