BUT, I am sick living in construction and would like to move to a new home and then finish fliping and sell or hold the two homes asap.

How soon do you need to move on this?

Providing relocation assistance to tenants, for example, if I want to sell the property or move back in - this can range from one month's rent to thousands of dollars (e.g tenant has a disability, minor children, elderly it will cost you more), depending on the city.

People are busy with the holidays, and very few are focused on moving. 22 days isn't ideal, but it's not bad for this time of year.

How can assets be moved into a LP's name without triggering capitol gains? 

My experience has been that most lenders don’t immediately move on this, many don’t take action for 6 - 12 months.  

If the tenant does not leave after 30 days, the landlord must file a Complaint to move forward with Eviction.Delivering the Notice.

So, in reality every month your moving close and closer to sucking out months/years of profits via items aging out, cap-x coming to bear. 

Change orders are going to happen, but by needing approval from you before they move forward, this allows you to control expenses better and/or make adjustments in the SOW so that you can stay on track and on budget.
