Your and their expectations rarely match up, and it can cost you more in the end if he/she does a poor job or catches the eye of the city because of a half painted house for weeks.

Okay guys, I am about to make my first offer and I would love the eyes of some seasoned experts first :)This is a rental property in Smallville(but not too small ;) ) Ks.

I've had my eye on a property in my neighborhood that has been vacant for a few years now.

Was just reading all the Post about how impossible it was to do a deal for 33 Unit complex, and one Post caught my eye.  

I actually live in Rockville though, so I keep an eye out for deals in that Rockville/North Bethesda area.It seems like my generations values proximity to metro, grocery store and decent appliances.

An extra set of eyes is always a good thing.

Yesterday we received an email with a letter that we need to terminate our lease as per the covenants we were supposed to present this lease for approval with 10 days of execution.

Keep your eyes and ears on high alert w this tenant, I have a feeling your in for a wild ride.

But we could actually see the problem by eye by taking the line apart in the crawlspace and looking in. 

I just roll my eyes now because I realize that it's incomplete information, outright ignorance, or sometimes a bad experience that drives all the hate.
