Globally, China is experiencing its own credit problems in the housing industry and  it also has excess inventory.  

Im living in Beijing, China, and I am able to save a lot of money here that I want to invest into rental properties, and since Im soooooo far away Im following the ideas of David Green, about the long distant investing, I picked up Indianapolis as a city and a region where I want to invest and I have found a local agent and a property manager , so they can , in a way, control each other, in a sense that I will have two separate source of information, because I will not be able to be there and I need to choose the right property, especially because this is my first one and Im still learning about all of this.

The province of Quintana Roo is growing as fast as China.

Not very creative but It is how I and some of my friends (in Shanghai) with Canadian citizenship think.Canada like China the RE prices are too high hence prefer to buy somewhere else.

Everything went well, and we sold it to a cash buyer out of China 90 days after we bought it, for almost double what we paid.

China is already in place with Capital which I believe will set us up for a bad bank sceanrio

There are also problems brewing overseas in China and Japan.
