My issues started with the city rental inspections giving me a long list of complete BS to repair, things like an inch of scraped paint on the outdoor, a tiny crack in one of the bedroom door trims, and many other tiny things that were not real issues.

Shared cost sounds like a plan.I pay per visit and he knows not to bother if it is <4.5 inches. 2019-2020 was a zero snow, warm summer for us... not so much this year.

For example, I can get a 36 inch wide assembled and pre-finished kitchen base cabinet for $150 at Home Depot that looks perfectly nice right now, but will likely not be durable.
