The little town I live in is mobile home friendly which is unique for the Portland area.

An example is when the Subject property is a special or unique property such as rural property and there are no similar Comps nearby.

Though, like one of the Ford Mustangs Steve Mcqueen drove in Bullitt, in my opinion, every piece of real property is unique, and therefore monetary damages would not suffice, unless the plaintiff requests monetary damages in the alternative. 

But I'm not sure if someone is running a full blown operation to take you from deal acquisition through rehab and to property management.It's pretty unique, but it's out there.
